Support global manufacturing across sites and time zones; promote standardization. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or Business. 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership. 5+ years leading global teams. Experience supporting global operations, manufacturing, or matrixed environments. Strong understanding of P&L, gross margin, productivity, inventory, and capital allocation.
