📋 Description Collaborate with product owners, UX, architects, and developers to turn research into design solutions. Translate prototypes into responsive, accessible front-end implementations. Apply Human-Centered Design throughout the product lifecycle. Define UI/UX standards, reusable components, and design system guidelines. Evaluate interfaces for usability and accessibility per WCAG/Section 508. Support Agile sprints with rapid prototyping and design reviews. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of UI/UX design development for enterprise or government apps. Bachelor’s or Master’s in HCI, Design, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience with Human-Centered Design and usability research practices. Proven knowledge of Agile and SAFe delivery environments. Experience with usability testing methods (heuristics, card sorting, A/B). Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Storybook, Axure, Miro or similar tools. 🎁 Benefits Salary: $128,039–$173,229 USD per year. Fully remote work with flexible telecommuting.
