Integration, Mechanical & Thermal Production Team Lead

📋 Description Own day-to-day mechanical assembly and integration on the production floor Guide team through bus structure, harness, MLI, deployables, SOLP Oversee mechanical and electrical integration of subsystems into a spacecraft Be hands-on; troubleshoot, unblock issues, maintain momentum Build scalable, repeatable processes for assembly, integration, and test Lead thermal hardware integration and environmental test campaigns 🎯 Requirements Experience leading teams in complex hardware or system integration Hands-on mindset close to product and team Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical system level integration Knowledge of environmental test setups: vibration, shock, thermal vacuum Experience with deployable structures and mechanisms Familiarity with harness and MLI in high reliability contexts 🎁 Benefits Base salary range negotiable by experience Benefits vary by location and cover health and wellbeing Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion Career development and training opportunities
