📋 Description Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accurate reporting. Evaluate and document accounting treatments for complex arrangements. Partner with finance, operations, treasury, and tech accounting for guidance and forecasting. Maintain strong controllership; ensure US GAAP and key controls. Oversee audits; address gaps; implement corrective actions. Lead, mentor, and develop senior accounting professionals. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 10+ years in accounting or controllership. CPA or equivalent professional certification. Strong knowledge of US GAAP; technical accounting topics. Experience in controllership, technical accounting, or audit; manufacturing/supply chain preferred.
