Job Description
📋 Description Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, chillers, boilers). Perform routine preventive maintenance on commercial equipment. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues. Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders. Follow safety procedures, local codes, and company policies. 🎯 Requirements 3–5+ years of commercial HVAC experience. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Experience with rooftop units (RTUs), package units, and commercial refrigeration systems. EPA Section 608 Certification required (Universal Required). Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
