Solutions Architect

📋 Description Prepare customers to implement Gainsight and scale success. Conduct requirement gathering to understand business needs. Identify and escalate issues/risks with internal & external stakeholders. Partake in solutioning and document the solution. Understand data architecture; perform data discoveries. Ensure scalability of solutions and reduce customer technical debt. 🎯 Requirements 3-4 years of professional services/enterprise implementation; SaaS preferred. Solid technical skills: CRM, cloud databases, data integration, Salesforce. Document requirements and provide prescriptive recommendations. Experience managing enterprise software implementations with waterfall and agile. Lead cross-functional initiatives on multiple engagements.
