Oversee on-prem infrastructure, core services, and network operations. 🎯 Requirements Proven IT leadership with mentoring experience. Strong Windows Server/Desktop, networking, virtualization. IT operations management: lifecycle, asset mgmt, licensing. IT security, monitoring, backups, and business continuity. Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
