📋 Description Drive packaging structure simplicity while protecting products. Oversee packing processes; collaborate on new packaging designs for cost and quality. Drive next-gen materials; hands-on projects; build supplier relations for sustainability. Review packaging types; design safe, cost-effective packaging solutions. Tackle packaging problems in development and manufacturing; educate engineers on materials. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 2 years of consumer product packaging experience. Knowledge of packaging structure design; materials, production tech, printing, converting. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Packaging Tech or related field. Collaborative, able to manage multiple projects and priorities. Self-motivated, proactive; strong time mgmt and problem solving.
