📋 Description Design, test, and evaluate turbine components aerodynamics. Mean-line and quasi-3D aerodesign using through-flow tools. High-fidelity 3D CFD simulations to assess turbine performance. Blade geometry optimization to meet aero and structural targets. Hot-section interpretation: combustor exit conditions and temp non-uniformity. 🎯 Requirements Master’s degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Eng with turbomachinery/aero/thermal focus. 3+ years in turbine aerodynamics or hot-gas-path work. Strong turbomachinery aerodynamics, loss modelling, and flow physics. Advanced 3D CFD (CFX) for turbomachinery flow analysis and evaluation. Strong capability in mean-line/throughflow/2D blade analyses. Experience in blade shape optimization. Solid foundation in heat transfer, compressible flow, thermodynamics.
