Product Designer

📋 Description Develop product concepts and designs for action figures, role-play, and toy categories Translate brand storytelling and play experience into product solutions Create sketches, 3D concepts (CAD/visualisation), and presentation materials Collaborate with engineering, packaging, marketing, and global teams Support product development from concept through prototype, tooling and production Ensure design intent, quality, and brand consistency throughout development 🎯 Requirements Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related discipline 2–5 years of relevant design experience (toy experience a plus) Strong sketching and visual storytelling skills Proficiency in 3D design tools (KeyShot, ZBrush) Experience in product development and manufacturing processes Strong communication and collaboration skills 🎁 Benefits Health & Wellness Time Off to Recharge Financial Well-being Life & Family Support Volunteer and Community Initiatives Learning & Development
