Senior Solutions Engineer

📋 Description Partner with Account Executives and Regional Directors to manage opportunities from discovery to close. Develop and deliver tailored product demos across Higher Ed, K-12, and government. Discover and analyse customer goals to design solutions for long-term success. Address integration and deployment needs: SIS interoperability, SSO, APIs, data residency, security, and compliance. Document customer requirements to support evaluation and handoff to post-sales. Be a lifelong learner and stay informed on education trends across EMEA. 🎯 Requirements 3-5 years in SaaS sales engineering, solution consulting, or technical pre-sales. Applied understanding of teaching, instructional design, or education administration. Technical understanding of education tech, web tech, systems integration, APIs, SSO, and cloud platforms. Experience responding to RFIs and RFPs in government, enterprise, or large-scale education. Articulate presentation skills to faculty, IT leaders, and executives.
