Software Development Manager (Central Government)

📋 Description Lead and coach development team leaders to meet budgets, schedules, quality. Provide updates on delivery progress, resourcing and risks. Coordinate offshore team workloads with offshore Development Manager. Drive continuous improvement using AI tools per guidelines. Ensure development follows methodologies and security policies. Collaborate with Product, Analysis, Testing, Support and Security. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience leading software dev teams and performance mgmt. SDLC across legacy and new product development; public sector. Capacity planning, release management and decision-making. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication. Strong security practices in application development.
