📋 Description Build and deploy production-ready solutions inside the core AI platform. Develop AI-powered automations and internal tools that improve operations. Support customer API integrations and onboarding efforts. Partner with Customer Success to solve technical customer challenges. Work directly with customers during implementation and technical discovery calls. Improve onboarding and implementation workflows through automation. 🎯 Requirements 3-5+ years of software engineering in AI, automation, infra, or backend. Strong fundamentals; Python preferred, quick learner, ships production code. Experience in production environments and real customer implementations. Ability to understand unfamiliar codebases and use AI tools with minimal oversight. Startup experience with builder mentality and bias toward action. Experience building APIs, backend services, AI workflows, automations, or tooling.
