Collaborate with product owner to prioritize delivery and clarify testable requirements. Backend development in Java: design, coding, testing, CI/CD, deployment. Set coding standards; drive architecture, reviews, and automation coverage. Coordinate offshore India and onsite US teams; lead daily scrums; ensure timely delivery. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years software engineering; 3+ years leading Agile teams. Native cloud experience (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS); AWS or Azure. Cloud microservices with IaC for architecture/config. Hands-on Java and Java-based microservices (mandatory). Experience leading remote/offshore teams; collaborate with US teams. Strong Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, DevOps, and test automation.
