📋 Description Lead FP&A for GTM departments incl planning, forecasting, reporting, and modeling. Own P&L for GTM functions, incl resource allocation and operating expenses. Drive headcount and resource planning to align with growth targets. Present financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership with recommendations. Partner on commission analysis, accrual, and payout; reconcile variances to plan. Develop repeatable financial processes and mentor a senior analyst. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred. Eight+ years in FP&A, Sales GTM Finance, or Revenue Ops in SaaS. Proven leadership and mentoring skills in senior finance roles. Expert proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and Excel.
