📋 Description Plan and execute complex robotics programs for hardware and software. Lead cross-functional teams across Vancouver, Boston, and London. Apply systems thinking to drive execution. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years post-graduate experience as a project or program manager leading hardware NPI. Bachelor and Master in robotics or engineering. Experience leading development of hardware, firmware, and software systems. Strong understanding of mechanical and hardware development for scalable manufacturing. Experience in highly cross-functional engineering environments.
