Manufacturing Engineer

📋 Description Design/integrate/improve manufacturing systems; collaborate with designers to boost producibility. Troubleshoot product problems involving designs, materials, or processes. Investigate operational problems like material variances or bottlenecks. Identify changes to improve processes or cut costs using fabrication and tooling knowledge. Apply lean/continuous improvement to boost quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Provide technical manufacturing expertise and support. 🎯 Requirements Engineering & Tech knowledge for design and production. Production & Processing knowledge for raw materials, QC, and cost optimization. Mechanical knowledge of machines and tools, repair, and maintenance. Design knowledge for production plans, blueprints, and models. Mathematics knowledge: arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics.
