📋 Description Oversee global travel and expense processes; ensure policy compliance. Manage vendor query portal and help desk for timely resolution. Collaborate with IT, procurement and vendors to improve portal functionality. Act as Concur system expert; provide training and support. Monitor expense reporting and auditing to ensure accuracy and policy compliance. Analyze travel and expense data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. 🎯 Requirements Extensive global T&E management experience with SAP Concur. Strong knowledge of invoice-to-pay in shared services/high-volume finance. Hands-on with ERP systems (including SAP, OCR, and invoice automation) for AP ops. Proven ability to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, implement improvements. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience managing multiple tasks in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
