Solutions Engineer

📋 Description Lead technical engagements across the customer lifecycle from pre-sales to post-sale. Act as trusted advisor shaping client strategy and solution architecture. Design and deliver tailored demos and scenario-based demonstrations. Identify upsell opportunities and advise on API and offline product strategies. Lead integration and onboarding for new customers with hands-on support.
