Senior GenAI Platform Engineer

📋 Description Design, build, and operate core GenAI platform components. Own production delivery of platform features from design to rollout. Contribute to resilient design: APIs, failure handling, rate limiting, retries, idempotency. Improve reliability and observability via metrics, dashboards, and alerts. Partner with Applied AI Engineers and product teams to build AI features safely. Build internal SDKs, templates, and guardrails for product engineers. 🎯 Requirements Strong backend/systems engineering with reliability and observability. Experience delivering shared platform components for multiple teams. Production ownership: monitoring, incident response, debugging. Distributed systems fundamentals: async workflows, idempotency, failure design. Hands-on with LLM APIs or keen to learn production failure modes.
