📋 Description Guide individuals with developmental disabilities through Self Determination planning. Lead person-centered planning, develop plans, and budgeting with clients. Advocate for clients with Regional Centers. Help customers find tailored supports, community activities, and staff. 🎯 Requirements Experience with Developmental Disability community (professional preferred). Experience managing multiple customer relationships. Time management and ability to work under pressure. Collaborative with customers and co-workers. Excellent written and verbal communication.
