Senior Product Designer

📋 Description Own end-to-end design for key product areas (Casino, Loyalty) from discovery to launch. Collaborate with PMs, Engineers, UX Researchers, and Designers in cross-functional squads. Translate customer needs, research, and business goals into intuitive experiences across web and mobile. Create high-quality UX, interaction, and visual design with strong craft. Evolve and contribute to Midnite's design system for consistency and scalability. Work with Engineers during implementation to ensure high-quality delivery. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years designing and shipping digital products for web and mobile. Strong product mindset; understands the why behind customer and business problems. Excellent UI, UX, and interaction design with attention to detail. Proficient in Figma; experience building or maintaining design systems. Uses research, analytics, and experimentation to inform design decisions. Collaborates with PMs, Engineers, Researchers, and designers in cross-functional teams.
