📋 Description End-to-End ownership from concept to mass production. Drive hardware design to meet schedules and cost targets. Collaborate with Electrical, Quality, Firmware, and Manufacturing teams. Hands-on prototyping to resolve design and assembly issues. Transition products to manufacturing with training and debugging. Source and manage suppliers and new technologies. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Proficient in 3D CAD; SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM. Experience with molding, machining, casting, stamping, extrusion. Proficient with PLM tools for part and BOM management. Knowledge of PCBs and integrating them into mechanical products.
