Customer Onboarding Specialist - Ontario

📋 Description Be integral to onboarding by defining needs of new customers. Plan and prepare the tech space for deployment of MEDFAR's products. Implement functional interfaces for deployment. Develop IT clinical processes for EMR deployment. Participate in remote and on-site deployments with tailored tools. Deliver advanced training for clinic staff. 🎯 Requirements Post-secondary studies in health, education, health software, or project management; or equivalent. 2-3 years in project management and software deployment. Strong organizational skills and project planning. Excellent customer service and thoroughness. Ability to empathize and manage client emotions.
