📋 Description Run the full deal lifecycle from outreach through LOI, diligence, closing, and early integration Build and manage a pipeline of investment targets; direct outreach to owners, brokers, advisors Develop investment theses, market mapping, and target prioritization Lead cross-functional diligence across financial, operational, legal, regulatory, and technology workstreams Own valuation and underwriting; build financial models and scenario analyses Partner with operations and finance on post-close integration planning and early performance tracking 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in investment banking, PE, corporate development, transaction advisory, or strategy consulting Experience executing transactions across the full lifecycle with increasing ownership Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; ability to build and stress-test models Comfort managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment Clear, concise communicator with strong judgment High ownership mindset with attention to detail and execution 🎁 Benefits Meaningful early-stage equity Full healthcare benefits In-person office in NYC
