📋 Description Lead a senior engineering team with regular 1:1s and goals. Hands-on infra work: DevOps tooling, automation, and GCP. Own prioritization: translate business needs into technical goals and focus. Identify and close gaps in coverage, reliability, or processes. Lead incident response and keep systems dependable under pressure. Collaborate with software, product, and other engineers. 🎯 Requirements Proven people management experience leading engineers with 1:1s and development. Strong DevOps/infrastructure background with automation mindset. Hands-on with public clouds; GCP experience a plus. Comfortable with self-hosted/bare-metal infrastructure and virtualization. Programming or scripting knowledge; able to read/write code.
