📋 Description Keep Hostinger's Web Hosting Monitoring team in an always-ready state. Provide long-term engineering solutions for Hostinger's Web Hosting services. Coach, onboard new team members and provide day-to-day team leadership. Lead and coordinate the team's monitoring shift rotation and coverage. Analyze system performance and solve technical issues. Monitor and optimize service performance using Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, and Ansible. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years supporting enterprise Linux environments, incl. product and DB optimization. 1+ years leading and mentoring an engineering or sysadmin team. Hands-on with web hosting stack: cPanel/WHM, LiteSpeed/Apache/Nginx, MariaDB. On-prem/bare-metal virtualization (Proxmox/KVM, CloudLinux); cloud exp preferred.
