Customer Success Application Engineer, Litmus GCC

📋 Description Validate customer requirements for PoC and production Litmus deployments Configure Litmus Edge and Litmus Edge Manager in PoC, pilots, and deployments Lead technical implementation activities and ensure delivery of contracted responsibilities Develop innovative solutions to maximize value from Litmus products Maintain internal libraries, deployment best practices, and reusable configurations Provide Level 2 technical support and participate in 24x7 on-call rotation 🎯 Requirements Hands-on experience implementing software, infrastructure, automation, or IIoT in manufacturing Strong technical understanding of networks, system architecture, Linux, databases, and deployment environments Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript scripting Experience with Litmus Edge/Litmus Edge Manager, OPC/UA, PLC/SCADA, or edge connectivity Exposure to pre-sales support, demos, RFI/RFP, or customer expansion activities Ability to translate field observations into product feedback and documentation
