📋 Description Provide onsite and remote technical and logistics support to government customers. Develop field support processes to accelerate escalation and debugging workflows. Reduce escalations by improving triage and resolution techniques. Become a certified Skydio UAS Operator and Trainer. Provide on-the-job training for maintenance and operation techniques. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of field support experience with UAS. Ability to travel 80%+ globally. Strong troubleshooting, triage and escalation skills. Excellent interpersonal and written communication. Familiarity with RMA, spares, logistics or repair workflows. Linux operating systems experience is preferred. 🎁 Benefits Base salary: $100,000 - $120,000. Stock options/equity. Comprehensive benefits and health insurance. Relocation assistance may be provided.
