Build consumer booking flows, staff tools, and internal systems. Make architectural decisions and influence the roadmap. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, and Partner Success. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of software experience in collaborative environments. AI fluency; daily use of AI tools with good judgment. Ship with quality; reliable, scalable code. Strong product judgment and ability to push back when needed. Ambiguity tolerance; bring order without over-engineering. Clear, candid communication; cross-functional partnering.
