Mentor junior engineers and monitor performance. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 7+ years of related civil engineering experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington. Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong knowledge of local development codes, standards, and permitting processes.
