Senior Software Engineer, SRE / Observability Tooling

📋 Description Build SRE/observability tooling and platform for health of services. Develop dashboards, alerts, monitors as code; automate them. Partner with development teams to ensure production readiness. Create tooling/templates to define and report on SLOs/SLIs. Automate observability workflows; reduce toil for engineers. Improve incident response tooling and runbooks. 🎯 Requirements Expert AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) for observability, networking, auto-scaling. Experience with DataDog and Prometheus; metrics, logs, tracing. Strong SRE fundamentals: SLOs, error budgets, toil reduction. Troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems. Software development in Python or Go; build tools/automation. CI/CD design/operation: ArgoCD, Github Actions, Helm. Data-driven problem solving and root-cause analysis.
