📋 Description Lead the global Financial Controls and ICFR uplift. Shape the future operating model and long-term Finance capability. Embed controls by design into processes, systems and technology using automation, analytics and AI. Partner with Finance, Technology and Risk to build a tech-enabled controls environment. Post-transformation, provide strategic leadership for the global Financial Controls function. 🎯 Requirements Experience leading a geographically spread team in a global company. Experience leading a controls implementation project. Professional audit or accountancy background and qualifications.
