Senior Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description Lead technical improvements across the ECS Tech platform and domain. Ensure services comply with Experian standards and security policies. Be technical authority in architecture, refinement sessions, code reviews, and docs. Coach engineers to improve skills and technical capability. Partner with managers to identify knowledge gaps and growth plans. Guide adoption of technical metrics to identify risks and improve quality. 🎯 Requirements 14+ years in software, data engineering, or SDET in enterprise environments. Experience driving architectural design and technical strategy across teams or domains. Background in secure software development and enterprise compliance standards. Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS and Azure) and microservices. Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, observability, and reliability engineering.
