📋 Description Manage land surveying projects from initiation to delivery. Lead boundary, topographic, ALTA, parcel maps, and staking. Develop scopes, budgets, and schedules; deliver on time. Serve as primary client contact; maintain strong communication. Oversee field and office teams; provide guidance and mentoring. Ensure survey activities meet regulatory and quality standards. 🎯 Requirements PLS license in Washington or ability to transfer. Up to 5 years of experience managing survey projects. Survey principles, GPS, and robotic total stations. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center. Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
