📋 Description Own digital production end-to-end; point of contact for Creative and stakeholders. Plan work from briefs; define scope, timelines, and deliverables. Manage daily workflow for a group of 4-6 digital creatives. Oversee creation of digital-first assets: CGI renders, AI imagery, derivatives. Track progress, dependencies, and on-time delivery across projects. Coordinate reviews and approvals while maintaining brand standards. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Digital Media, Design, Animation, or related. 4-6 years in digital production, content creation, or creative operations. Experienced in CGI, 3D rendering, or AI-assisted content creation. Experienced in leading small teams or project groups. Cross-functional work with creative and marketing teams.
