📋 Description Lead and coach a team of 8 engineers. Establish guardrails, control delivery, and enforce standards. Own the live platform roadmap; write ADRs and manage tech debt. Collaborate with Commercial leaders and Campaign Management. Oversee incident response and critical bug triage. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years software engineering experience, 4+ in leadership. Calm, clear thinking under multiple operational issues. High standards for platform integrity. Experience guiding engineering roadmaps in growth environments. Hands-on with TypeScript, PHP, Snowflake, AWS, and GitLab CI/CD. Experience with SonarQube and Cypress; ADRs. AdTech/MarTech domain knowledge; high-complexity SaaS.
