Director or Managing Director of Finance

📋 Description Lead financial stewardship of KIPP Columbus's ~ $35M budget. Develop multi-year forecasts, enrollment and staffing models, and long-range plans. Partner with leaders to evaluate initiatives, investments, and risks. Oversee accounting, budgeting, payroll, cash management, reporting, and audits. Maintain internal controls and financial policies for compliance. Lead annual budgeting and align with strategic priorities. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, MBA, or related Master9s preferred. 8–10 years in finance leadership: budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Experience in a complex mission-driven org; K-12/nonprofit preferred.
