CAPEX & Portfolio Manager

📋 Description Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual CAPEX and expense planning for 15 plants. Lead the DBB operating expense budgeting process with the AMN Engineering team. Administer the PSR system: review, approve, and track funding requests across plant sites. Serve as Regional Investment Manager for SAP Project Systems (RIM) and Regional Project Coordinator (RPC). Facilitate monthly forecast alignment meetings with plant teams to optimize the project portfolio. Collaborate with tax and incentive teams to evaluate grants and credits by state.
