📋 Description Lead Data & AI Products and Data Serving teams as a hands-on builder. Own AI feature delivery and its underlying API/serving layer. Define AI feature roadmap with product leaders. Drive quality, monitoring, and responsible AI practices. Ensure serving layer reliability and latency for production features. Manage resourcing and hiring across both teams. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience leading cross-functional AI or data products. Technical depth in AI product engineering, real-time data APIs, or ML systems. Experience building and growing teams; hiring senior technical talent. Strong product and business acumen; partner with PMs and designers. Track record shipping with quality under velocity pressure.
