IT Executive

📋 Description Own day-to-day EUC operations for the assigned site or country. Independently manage scoped operational workstreams and user pain points. Drive service improvements via data, docs, automation, and collaboration with teams/partners. Report to the Senior Country IT Manager. Onsite role based in Yogyakarta. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in IT operations, service desk, or workplace tech. Able to manage tasks and projects end-to-end. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with ITSM, asset management, endpoints, and platforms like Google Workspace/Jamf/Workspace ONE.
