📋 Description Role in Mumbai: translate HR AI vision into architecture. Lead architecture workshops for priority HR AI use cases. Define HR AI connections to systems; set guardrails for security and responsible AI. Coordinate across HR, Tech, Security, Legal, platform teams, and vendors. Build/oversee Copilot/Foundry agents for complex solutions. Partner with vendors on setup, integration, rollout, and improvement. 🎯 Requirements Hands-on enterprise AI deployment: Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Foundry. Strong solution architecture and API/data/security experience. Translate ambiguous business needs into production-ready technical solutions. Experience in HR tech or complex enterprise workflows. Build-vs-buy judgement; vendor and solution-architect experience.
