📋 Description Design and build scalable backend for Midnite’s internal back office platform. Lead and mentor a small engineering team while staying hands-on in delivery. Write production code and use AI-assisted development approaches to accelerate work. Deploy AI-powered tools for engineering and business use cases. Explore LLM APIs, agents, MCP servers, and RAG patterns where valuable. Collaborate with Product to shape requirements and delivery plans. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years backend engineering at senior/lead level. Experience mentoring engineers in hands-on leadership. Built internal platforms or back office tooling. Production experience integrating LLMs or AI APIs. Strong PostgreSQL or similar database knowledge.
