📋 Description Own delivery and technical direction for the Acquisition team with the PM. Ship production code and provide technical coaching to engineers. Shape how the team uses AI tools and coding agents. Lead by example through code, design discussions and pairing. Drive improvements to developer experience, CI/CD, observability and release practices. 🎯 Requirements Proven ability to co-lead a team with a PM. Hands-on TypeScript engineering; shipping production quality code. Significant AWS and serverless experience (Lambda, API Gateway). Strong communication and mentoring; raise engineering standards. Experience with CI/CD, tooling, and developer experience.
