Senior Payroll Specialist

📋 Description Own end-to-end monthly payroll for Gainsight India. Manage payroll partner relationship, SLAs, and filings. Coordinate with EPF consultant on provident fund compliance and filings. Ensure statutory compliance across EPF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, gratuity. Manage year-end activities: Form 16, tax declarations, settlements. Support payroll audits and maintain audit-ready evidence trail. 🎯 Requirements 5-8 years Indian payroll experience; Bachelor's in Commerce/Finance/HR. Deep knowledge of Indian statutory compliance: EPF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, LWF. Experience managing outsourced payroll providers and external consultants. Strong payroll audits experience with reconciliations and evidence. Advanced MS Excel, Google Sheets; Slack collaboration.
