📋 Description Design and develop custom applications/tools that solve real ops problems and accelerate the business. Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automations for real workflows. Leverage SQL and ERP data to enable real-time ops visibility and actions. Collaborate with leaders across Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and HR to translate needs. Write clean, maintainable code with fast iteration and user feedback. Implement APIs and integrations connecting internal software with factory hardware and BI tools. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent. 2-5 years of professional software development experience. Experience building web apps and relational databases (SQL). Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered tools, agents, or automations.
