📋 Description Build and operate backend systems in production; 0 to 1 features. Own projects from conception to shipping; ensure modular code. Deliver value across the system with performance and security. Shape product direction via user feedback and roadmaps. Provide thoughtful code reviews and technical guidance. Help build the team — interview candidates and refer engineers. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of backend experience in production. Strong TypeScript and backend tech: Node.js, databases, distributed systems. Ownership of systems running at scale; reliability and performance. Product-minded engineering mindset; understand the why. Experience collaborating with Product and Design partners.
