📋 Description Validate customer requirements for PoC/production Litmus deployments Configure Litmus Edge and Litmus Edge Manager during PoCs, pilots, and deployments Lead technical implementations and ensure delivery of contracted responsibilities Develop innovative solutions to maximize customer value from Litmus products Provide Level 2 technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Account Managers on pre-sales handovers 🎯 Requirements Fluent in Japanese and English Hands-on software/automation/IIoT in manufacturing Strong Linux, networks, databases, and deployment knowledge Experience with product configuration, troubleshooting, and customer deployments Scripting in Python or JavaScript Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud/hybrid infra (Azure/AWS/GCP)
