📋 Description Lead the Environmental Simulation and Reliability Lab, with budgeting and on-time delivery. Schedule daily RFQ intake and quotes; manage customer relationships. Hands-on testing: thermal, vibration, shock, humidity, altitude. Directly manage lab engineers and technicians; oversee development and performance. Develop and review test plans to ASTM, IEC, MIL-STD-810, RTCA/DO-160. Maintain ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation; audits, calibration, maintenance. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in environmental simulation and reliability testing in a lab. Thermal, vibration, shock, humidity, altitude, and combined environments know-how. Experience supervising engineers/technicians in a lab setting. Engage customers technically: write test plans, present results, manage expectations. Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation requirements and quality management.
