Head of Capital Markets & Treasury

📋 Description Lead financing for GPU clusters, AI factories, and partnerships. Support debt financings and capital solutions (RFPs, term sheets, docs). Lead structuring, negotiating, syndicating and documenting new financings. Manage syndication processes and produce credit rating materials. Maintain relationships with banks, rating agencies, investors and external advisors. Design and implement risk management strategies (rates, FX, liquidity, power). 🎯 Requirements 8–12 years in infrastructure/ project finance or capital markets. Experience structuring and executing complex infra debt financings. Deep understanding of project finance, structured credit, and debt capital markets. Strong treasury, liquidity and risk management expertise. Hands-on, detail-focused with big-picture thinking.
